Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 9, 2026.

1. Foundation License

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license for unlimited personal and commercial project usage. Resale or redistribution as standalone competing templates is prohibited.

2. Nature of Service

Techtonicode provides architectural assets and blueprint scaffolding, not custom software delivery.

3. Warranty

All assets are delivered as-is without express or implied warranty.

4. Refund Policy

Due to digital asset delivery, sales are final once fulfillment is complete. If a delivery archive is technically defective, a corrected replacement is provided.
